DCT Group Announces Three New Global Locations
– Irish owned DCT Group is creating numerous new employment opportunities as it expands its operations into new international construction markets with the launch of three new offices in 2021.
DCT Group Ireland
The company, established in 2018 by Dublin native Joseph Mady, Group CEO, has acquired a substantial client base for its innovative digital technology solutions. The digital technology firm is currently contracted on several of Ireland’s major infrastructure projects, including the Dublin Airport upgrade, the new Children’s Hospital, and multiple blue-chip data-centre projects.

Operations Manager, Mark Keenan says, “The new offices not only reflect the company’s success in launching into international markets, but also its development in Ireland, where DCT was originally founded and has since achieved huge success”.

DCT’s second European location is in the Croatian capital of Zagreb. This office was launched in July 2020 and is home to newly appointed managing director, Marko Gašić, who is fulfilling a demand within the Croatian construction industry to adopt digital construction technologies.
Marko comments, “The adoption of BIM will allow the Croatian construction industry to dramatically reduce project programmes and errors on-site, and improve overall productivity and sustainability.”

DCT Group Argentina
The third of DCT’s newest locations and first South American office is located in Oberá, Argentina. Fernando Perrone, Managing Director, DCT Argentina, comments, “DCT’s Argentina office provides the wider DCT group with a greater reach worldwide and a more expansive base of experienced BIM professionals to draw upon for new projects.”
Commenting on the company’s rapid growth, Joseph Mady says, “Our team is critical to the success of our business, and the entire group has worked closely to deliver cutting edge designs and unrivalled customer service to all of our clients. The collaborative working of all the DCT locations has enabled our expansion into several emerging markets leading us to work with renowned industry clients”.
Construction 4.0 sub-Committee
Recently, DCT Group became a member of the UK BIM Alliance and is a frequent contributor to Ireland’s Construction Industry Federation Construction 4.0 sub-Committee, which is overseeing digital adoption within the sector. This further adds to DCT Group’s reputation as a global leader in digital construction technologies.
